Am flying off in a few hours. Tata!

Rehearsal starts tomorrow!

Can't wait to meet everyone from Singapore, Indonesia and China! :)

And let the after SPM life begin! :)

Returned school textbooks the following morning. Then we all got to Sunway Pyramid. The conversations in the car surrounded around what our answers were for Accounts. Upon arrival and walking into the mall, I said "Okay! Why are we talking about exams.. We're at Pyramid!"

Shaun: EH! Look at the building! Composite material.

Kareshma: Yeah. Reinforced concrete.

LOL. Haiyo.

Krystle: I dont know you all la.

hahahha.

Had a movie marathon. Well actually two movies :) Not more lol. A Christmas Carol in 3D was pretty scary at some parts. Well the advertisements before the movie started was scary. Suddenly a hand appeared out of nowhere and the faces were gory. I grabbed whose ever hand that was next to me. Thankfully it was Kareshma's :) Think the guys would have gotten a shock. lol.

Mr. Teppanyaki for lunch!

Watched 2012. Really really good movie. For the whole 2 hours plus, I was glued to the seat. Terrifying.

Exciting until I didn't realise I grabbed someone's hand again, and was like "please dont' die, please don't die"
Exciting until I hugged both my knees during the movie.
Exciting until I hid behind my jacket.
Exciting until Kareshma and Alicia were laughing at my reactions.
Nuff said. Go watch the movie :)
Warning: Eh if you don't like it, don't blame me :D
Met half of 5 Science 1 in the cinema. lol.

I will miss you people for the next two weeks!!!!!!!

Went for rehearsal at night in KL. Ohmygosh it feels so good to be back rehearsing with the whole group!

( to be continued- got to zoom off to the airport now)

SPM done!

SPM is officially overrr!!

:) :) :)

The last paper was Chemistry Paper 3, of which half the candidates already came out to merdeka 45 minutes before the paper ended. I wanted to stay right til the very end, so 3.30pm!

While the exams was still ongoing,

After the exams!!

With the invigilators.

1/4 of 5 Sc 1?

All of us practically ran out of the hall, me with a big goofy smile spread like peanut butter and jelly all over my face. Ecstatic? Surreal?

Oh yeaah. After having studied for the last donkey months like krazy, this was the moment that marked the end of SPM.

I will miss school a lot. Knowing that as soon as I stepped out of the school compound, school would be a memory of my past. Not the present anymore. So like an idiot (or not), I lingered around, breathing in whatever last moments I wanted before stepping out of the gate on the 8th of December.

Oh thank You Lord for perfect health all through SPM. Not even a headache even with 4 - 5 hours of sleep every night. Thank You for a wonderful journey that I will remember for life.

Thank You for the great memories of school, the great friends and the great moments. :)

The end of SPM greeted us with this huge downpour. Got home and packed away all my books. Went for training for the concert before I got to Kareshma's place.

(Credit to Alicia for all the pics at Kar's place )

So we did the Hoky Poky in the middle of the road at 10pm. We ran downhill. Aly and Nat sat in the middle of the road. Basically we did crazy stuff. Kareshma kept saying she doesn't know us :P

These are the high school buddies. Friends forever!

SPM will officially be over...

I will officially finish high school

I will never be wearing a school uniform again

I'll be saying, "This WAS my school". Not "This IS my school"

Talk about nostalgia.

The Update Page- Week 1

18/11/09

Hello people :) First day of SPM down. 19 more to go. It feels so surreal. Like the day we have been counting down to has finally arrived.

From the moment we walked into the examination hall, with the invigilators and to the moment we received our first ever Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia exam questions and booklets.

BM was awesome. :)

Glad with the essays written. Sejarah Paper 1 good :) Tomorrow! Sejarah Paper 2. Omgooooosh. Killer paper no? And 2 English papers. Time to go study!

19/11/09

Both English papers were good. Am so glad I had enough time to finish writing both essays. Rather unexpectedly, I did the essay on "Beauty". Oh, I like the characters created. lol. Wish I could somehow get my essay back after the board has marked it. How ah.

SEJARAH! Oh, thank you God it went well. Thank you thank you. Pakatan Murni came out as a 10 marks questions like I had prayed for. Wrote 23 points. I'm SO glad it's over. No more memorizing stuff like crazy.

BYE BYEEEEEEEEE SEJARAH! So long, farewell!

You are not going to be missed!!! :D

Actually hor, it was only the day before the history exam that I realised how much we have learnt. I mean, of course there's the Bani bani which initially got on my nerves and all ( all the funny names), but for SPM I practically had all the Banis at my fingertips. Wasn't that bad la I guess. But I mean, a step taken back, we actually covered the four main civilisations, even the Industrial Revolution and all, so I think it's pretty good knowledge. Not bad la.

Oh, and I just found out Pn. Reetha reads my blog, heeeeeheeeeee, I love you too Pn Reetha for the second time :)! (lol t'was during Majlis Restu Ilmu that she went "I love you Krystle!" awwwwww, then I went I love you too teacher! ) I don't love love Sejarah, but that doesn't mean I don't love you and your teaching. :DD

P.S. HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHEW HONG YE!! :) hope you have an awesome awesome one!

Wish I could write longer, but EST awaits me!

20/11/09

EST papers were good. The night before the someone and I were on the phone til almost midnight discussing and doing research on Global warming, environmental issues, hybrid, nanotechnology, genetically modified food (GM food) and all the sciencey stuff which got me really bored. ( not my kinda thing really).

Lol and FRICTION came out as the essay topic. Okay la. At least we understand what FRICTION means. Do-able essay.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY YEN KHYE!! :) hope you liked the surprise!

Thanks for being who you are :) For calling, talking, kacau-ing, bullying, carrying my bag, caring, loving, keeping me company and being there when I need to talk :)

I know I bullied you when I purposely put down the phone at 11.50pm so I could pretend like I forgot what day it was the next day. But haha called back at 12 am sharp to give you the surprise lo.

I would write a longer post, but I gotta do Maths! :(

24/11/09

Moral was good :)

Tomorrow! Add Maths! The papers I have been (dreading?)since the beginning of the year? haha. I think I'm prepared already la. I practised add maths for donkey hours for the last three months already.

Alright! Off to more practice, and disturb my tutor again. :)

25/11/09

Omygoshhhhhhh :) Thank You Lord, add maths paper 1 was just wonderful :) Did all questions without stopping and having to come back to them to redo, like how I sometimes have to. Then again, everyone else said paper 1 was do-able, so that's gooood :)

I'm so naughty. I think Pastor David and Aunty Phebe sat down and prayed for me at 8am like I asked them to last Sunday :D lol. haha.

Paper 2 was quite a killer. Most of the questions are good. Some a bit ernaenwrine but whattodo?

Less than 24 hours

The Top 12 Trivia has been updated :) Take a lookie!

Alright. So in less than 24 hours half a million fifth-formers around Malaysia will be sitting for the National Malaysian Certificate of Examinations.

Thank you Lord for perfect health. That's the number one most important thing we all need to sit for this 20 day long exam. :)

Thank yooh my loved ones for the best wishes and I love you messages. :)

My sister has been a medium for the wishes too hahaha :) Miss the friends from dance class which I haven't been attending for the last couple of weeks. My sister came back from rehearsal that day, wished me "good luck", gave me a hug and told me it was from a friend. Apparently, he hugged her and told her to pass it to me. Aww :)

Gotta get back to studying. This is it.

ALL THE BEST TO ALL FORM FIVES!!!

The Final Battle

Sorry for the lack of updates. Been occupied with the final preparations to face the biggest battle of my secondary schooling life.

There are only 6 days left, yet I can't mentally imagine that I'm gonna be sitting for it.

Hardly anyone's been going to school, it's a tradition lah :) Everyone prefers to study at home. So the attendance is like what- an average of 6 a day?

I go in on certain days for lessons, and to hunt down the teachers for questions and formats and techniques. School's been fun, I'm enjoying the last few days of school before I completely finish my schooling life. Omgosh. We're graduating 2 days from now. *insert a very loud OMGOSH here*

Graduating?!

Did you hear me?

No more school. No more hearing of the recess bells. No more uniforms. No more classroom environment. No more canteen. No more assemblies. No more lining up. No more "Selamat Sejahteraaaa, cikgu!" No more... you get the idea. No more!

I'm worried for the exams, yet there's this inner calmness I feel everyday. which is good. because panicking isn't good. cos when krystle panics, nothing's good. hahaha.

Trial results 11 A's. Mostly A1's. Thank God. And thank God I didn't fall sick during trials- I barely slept then. I know I will have to get enough sleep during the actual SPM so I'll have to practise sleeping early.

- last week-

Krystle: Yesterday I slept from 3 am to 5 am. And then slept from 6 am to 8 am.

Joel: Whoa.

Krystle: Today I fell asleep on the couch at 1 am. Woke up at 2am, went to sleep and woke up at 8.30am. Studied for an hour, was so tired, continued sleeping until 11.40am when Kareshma's call woke me up.

Joel: You have weird sleeping habits. :)

Hahahaha. Oh well. But I had a reason I woke up at 5 am. I never do that usually. :)

My forecast results are 11A1's. Omgosh.

Teachers keep saying they're hoping our class will produce at least 10 - 15 straight A1 students, and right before they say that, they say "Not to pile the pressure, but the school has high hopes that..."

... Pressure has been piled.

Sigh. haha. At least they're hopeful. Which means we have to make them proud.

There are sooooooo many events which have been going on that I've had no time to blog about at all.. Hari Koko, SPM Seminars, bla bla bla. Do expect multiple posts after SPM. Right now,

STUDY!!

xoxo
